Darrell Morgan our MSBL Strength and Conditioning Coach, is also Director of High Performance Athletic Advantage and the Perth Lynx Strength & Conditioning Coach.
To help our WABL & domestic players try and continue good workout habits, and to stay mentally healthy, Darrell put together a sample body weight strength and running program to help support our players whilst their on-court basketball programs are currently on hold.
