A Stitch in Time – The Angry Ant

Thank you to the Coaches, parents and players and club administrators who turned up to Bendat last night to listen to “ The Angry Ant” Brad Robbins talk about his career and emotional regulation as part of the NBL1 West Mental Heath Round. Brad is the Head of Program Operations for A Stitch in Time. It was a great night with some fascinating insights into Brad’s playing career and some great take-away knowledge and strategies for those who attended. Thanks Brad for your honesty and wisdom.

A Stitch in Time was founded in 2014 by former Wildcat Greg Hire, who witnessed the struggles of those closest to him with mental health conditions. A Stitch in Time believes in the transformative power of hope and strive to inspire individuals on their mental health journeys. Through sharing their experiences, they how others that recovery is possible and that they are not alone in their struggles.
