NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Perry Lakes Hawks Basketball Association (Inc) to be held MONDAY 9th December 2024 at 6.30pm in the Ellis Room at Bendat Basketball Centre.

Ordinary Membership Form: PLHBA-Ordinary Membership-application All Ordinary Membership Applications need to be received by 2nd Dec along with payment. As per the constitution only ordinary members are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
Proxy Voting: Proxy Form As per rule 48 of the constitution proxy votes are permissible for general meetings. All forms appointing proxies must be received by the secretary at least 24 hours before the meeting. Email secretary@hawksbasketball.com.au
