The online Athlete Wellbeing session dates are as follows:

  • May 30th              7:30 – 8:15pm
  • June 13th              7:30 – 8:15pm
  • July 11th                 7:30 – 8:15pm
  • August 8th           7:30 – 8:15pm
  • September 12th  7:30 – 8:15pm

How: Online via Microsoft Teams

Reminders will be sent 1 week in advance with each Microsoft Teams Meeting link included

 

Reflection and Follow up:

Every Monday evening throughout the season I will  guide you through a short reflection exercise of your WABL game from the previous day.

The link will be emailed out to your parents, all you have to do is jump online with paper and a pen.

Please note: In 2022 are rolling out our Athlete Wellbeing program with our Championship and Div 2 teams in Under 12, 14 and 16 age groups.
